Your Submissions may be lost or damaged, but Verified Motor is not liable for either event. We are not required to keep your Submission on file and preserve it. Once the Products have been delivered, we reserve the right to delete all Submissions. You should make plans to independently record or preserve your Submission if you want a copy.

Submissions of other users
You understand that while using the Website, you will come into contact with user-submitted content for which Verified Motor is not liable. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you might encounter User Submissions that are unreliable, defamatory, lewd, or otherwise problematic or objectionable.
Governing Law
Without regard to its rules on conflicts of law, the laws of Oregon, in the United States, shall govern and be construed in accordance with these Terms.
No right or provision of these Terms will be deemed to have been waived by us if we fail to enforce it.
